AGREEMENT

Let's start by signing the agreement. Take your time and review the agreement. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. The agreement covers all the crucial details that will ensure a clear and peaceful partnership.

In summary:
– Egagement: We're set for your wedding on May 16, 2026 at Casa del Mar, Spain, providing photography services for 8 hours, and an additional 1.5 hours pre-wedding shooting. 
– Fees and Deposit:Total fee is €3000, a non-refundable deposit is €300, credited towards the total.
– Work Product Delivery: Digital photos and videos in online gallery is ready within 90 business days. Gallery open for 30 days. Extra requests within 14 days of delivery.
– Ownership and License:We own the work but grant you a license for personal use.
– Cancellation and Rescheduling: The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 months before the event may incur additional fees. We’re happy to reschedule or apply the payment toward another session if possible.
– Your Protection: You're covered for unforeseen events (force majeure).

How to sign

To sign, just fill in your information, then scroll down to the end and enter your name and email in the specified fields. Click the button to receive a confirmation code via email. Put the code in the specified field and click "Sign." That's it! Once signed, you'll get the complete agreement via email. 

DEPOSIT

To secure your date, we kindly request that you send us a deposit of €300. This will reserve your spot on our calendar. This is the only thing you need to take care of before your photoshoot!
