This Agreement is made as of October 1, 2025 (“Effective Date”) between Vadym Fedorchenko, NIE: Y9650663S, with address at Carrer Trullols 7B, 08035 Barcelona (“Service Provider”), and Clarissa surya (“Client”) ID X1242914 with address Jakarta, Indonesia (“Client”)
1. Scope of Services
1.1 Photoshoot Details
The Client engages the Service Provider to provide photography services for a couple photoshoot.
- Date: December 2, 2025
- Location: Barcelona
- Session Details: 2 hours of Couples photography coverage
The Service Provider will deliver high-resolution edited images (“Work Product”) from the session in JPEG format. No RAW files will be provided.
1.2 Exclusivity
The Service Provider will be the exclusive photographer for this session.
2. Fees & Payment
2.1 Total Fee: €650
2.2 Deposit: €100 is due upon signing and is non-refundable.
2.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or cash.
3. Travel Expenses
If travel is required for the session, related costs (transportation and/or accommodation) will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. A fixed travel fee may be proposed based on current pricing, and receipts can be provided if needed.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Permissions: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for shooting at the selected location(s).
4.2 Cooperation: The Client agrees to cooperate with the Service Provider to achieve the best results, including being on time and prepared.
5. Artistic Style & Delivery
5.1 Creative Approach: The Client has reviewed the Service Provider’s portfolio and agrees to their artistic style. The Service Provider retains full discretion over editing and image selection.
5.2 Delivery Timeline: Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 30 business days after the shoot. The gallery will remain active for 30 days.
5.3 Edits & Requests: Any additional edits or requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Later requests may incur a €60/hour fee (min. 1 hour).
6. Cancellation
6.1 The deposit is non-refundable.
6.2 Cancellations or rescheduling are possible if requested at least 14 days in advance.
6.3 If notice is provided less than 14 days before the session, the full balance may still be due.
7. Ownership & Usage
7.1 Photographer Rights: The Service Provider retains full ownership and copyright of all images.
7.2 Client License: The Client receives a royalty-free, non-transferable license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media, printing, sharing with friends/family).
7.3 Photographer Promotion: The Service Provider may use the images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, portfolio, social media).
7.4 Commercial Use by Client: Any use of the images for commercial purposes by the Client requires written permission from the Service Provider.
8. Liability
8.1 The Service Provider is not liable for any failure to deliver specific poses or moments unless agreed in writing in advance.
8.2 In case of unforeseen events (illness, weather, emergencies, etc.), the session may be rescheduled without penalty.
8.3 The Service Provider’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under this agreement.

10. Final Terms
10.1 This agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties.
10.2 Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
